COMPUTER HARDWARE
This is all the information I have on the latest and greatest information on Computer Hardware I have. This is going to consist of Graphics Cards, Motherboards, PSU(Power Supply Units), CPU(Central Processing Units), Cooling Systems etc..

GRAPHICS CARDS
Nvidia vs. AMD
Price
According to Gabe Carey from Techradar
Low end graphics cards- between Nvidia's GTX 1070 and AMD's RX Vega 56. The AMD RX Vega 56 is about $600 retail price and the Nvidia GTX 1070 is about $430 retail price.
High end graphics cards-between Nvidia's Titan V and AMD's RX Vega 64 LC(Liquid Cooled). The AMD RX Vega 64 LC is about $1000 retail price and the Nvidia Titan V is a mind boggling $3000 retail price.

Performance
According to UserBenchmark
Low end graphics cards-between Nvidia's GTX 1070 and AMD's RX Vega 56. The AMD RX Vega 56 scored 10th/549 that's about 5% better then then the Nvidia GTX 1070 that scored 13th/549
High end graphics cards-
between Nvidia's Titan V and AMD's RX Vega 64 LC(Liquid Cooled). The Nvidia Titan V scored 1st/549 that's about 61% better then the AMD RX Vega 64 LC.

Result
The low end result-
AMD's RX Vega 56 beat Nvidia's GTX 1070 by about 5% performance wise but Nvidia's GTX 1070 was cheaper by about $200. Overall id have to say AMD Beat Nvidia in the low end.
The high end result-
Nvidia's GTX Titan V clearly won performance wise but the price wise id have to the AMD RX Vega 64 LC was way cheaper. Overall Nvidia bear AMD in the high end.

CPU'S
Intel vs. AMD
According to Digital Trends and UserBenchmark

Price
Intel's Core i9-7980XE is about $1,975 retail price and AMD's Ryzen TR 1950X is about $900 retail price.

Performance
The Intel Core i9-7980XE scored 1st/980 speed rank and the AMD Ryzen TR 1950X scored 8th/980.

Result
Performance and speed wise Intel scored the better then AMD but is way more expensive so AMD was better price wise.
Overall Intel is better then AMD when it comes to CPU's

COOLING SYSTEM'S
According to PCWorld and Linus Tech Tips
Performance
Light Cooling: For stock power the NH-U9 TR4 was 10W better than then H80I GT and for overclocking the NH-U9 TR4 was 8W better than the H80I GT.
Medium Cooling: For stock power the NH-U12s TR4 was almost identical compared to H100I v2 and for overclock they most throttled out to be about even.
High Cooling:For stock power the NH-U14S TR4 was almost identical to the H115I and same for overclocking

Result
So after all of that the Air Cooling came out to be the best for performance
Air cooling is also the cheapest solution compared to liquid cooling

MOTHERBOARDS
Gigabyte vs. Asus
According to Tomshardware and Gamespot
Performance
Gigabyte’s Z170, no one seems to have any statistically significant advantage. Thru Z87 and Z97, Asus was well below MSI which led the pack, followed by Gigabyte in reviewer testing.
Price
One can usually get a Gigabyte / MSI board for $50 cheaper than the equivalent Asus board... $75 if it has a RoG label on it. For example... the Asus 797 Hero was 6% slower than the Gaming 5 series from MSI and Gigabyte but costs $85 more than the MSI and $105 more than the Gigabyte ... and with the same component list and features. Again w/ Z170, that gap has shrunk but is still there.

Result
Overall Gigabyte won in performance but not price

EVGA vs. Corsair
PSU

Price
Corsairs 1600i and EVGA's 1600 SuperNova T2 they both have a very close price to each other.
Corsairs 1600i is about $450 retail price and EVGA's 1600 Supernova is about $460

Performance
They both provide the same amount of power so both of their performances are the same. They both produce about 1600W of power.

Result
Corsair won in this because it is $10 and because both of them have the same amount of power.
